Refund policy

Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, we cannot accept returns/exchanges  for our fragrances as these are personal care goods. We want all our customers to have a great experience with any purchase, you can always contact us for any further questions at majesticessences@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and immediately report to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel, you must ensure that you keep all the packaging as you may be asked to return it – please contact them at majesticessences@gmail.com.

Exchanges for damaged goods

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected submitted evidence, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a replacement fragrance of the same value within 7-10 business days.
